ITIL Consultant
Within the service “Application Support” of the “Global Equities and Derivatives” subsidiary (GECD), my mission was to make an inventory of the implementation of key ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release, …) through various interviews, and then deduce the 2010 action plan.
Once these actions determined, a prioritization and a planning were conducted, to build the 2010 ITIL industrialisation of the subsidiary.
Meanwhile, I acted as project manager on the establishment of an outsourcing of an application between two group companies, using the eSCM repository.
